Announcing qpdf-rs: Rust bindings to C++ QPDF library for PDF manipulations
The project aims to create a safe wrapper over a popular QPDF library using it's C API bindings. It's still in development but I think is already usable. Not published yet on crates.io, some work is still missing on documentation, general polish and API stabilization. Use cases: PDF transformations such as page extraction/deletion/duplication, page rotation, booklets/N-up formatting, merging of documents, PDF decryption, etc.
