stateless VS go-formatter

I'm thinking of translating the README.md of https://github.com/qmuntal/stateless, as it contains useful documentation on how to use the library and it may be useful for some non-English speakers to have it in their own language.

There are so many tools created tools using golang like the gh-cli, cockrach-db, jwt, etc. You can see a whole list of applications/tools/frameworks written in Go from this awesome list

I just collect some resources for learning purpose, for example articles, videos, books, samples related to different concepts in Golang. [https://github.com/avelino/awesome-go](https://github.com/avelino/awesome-go) is really great, but it just gathers some packages. My purpose is learning Golang.
