KBDFans DZ60 PCB with LEDs, KBDFans Five Degree gray aluminum case, KBDFans foam plate, KBDFans aluminum plate, Kailh Box Black Linear MX 60g switches (soldered, no hotswap), Durock V2 Screw-in stabilizers (lubed). Everything bought around three years ago from KBDFans and Keygem. More or less unused, mostly been sitting in the closet. The layout is the same as UK ISO and this is what is flashed.

The left half does not work with the firmware with config.qmk.fm
I made jorne keyboard and flashed firmware from github (https://github.com/joric/qmk/wiki/jorne) and everything work fine.

Either way, my advice is the same, first checkout this document which has known issues for a bunch of controller alternatives. Next, I'd recommend asking on the zmk discord since the zmk developers hang out there and are pretty active and helpful.

If you can find nrf52 modules where you are then that's a good start, if you're not too scared of DIY intricate soldering then you can use them to build your own NRF micros. Ultimately the controller on these modules is the same as that of a nice!nano and if thus capable of running ZMK alone, there's not really a way as far as I know to pair them with a promicro or blackpill or similar to get a fully wireless solution.
