py dynamic generator
Hello, I hope this is the right place to ask for help, because it’s actually python related: I‘m a relative beginner of python or for programming musical apps in different languages, but I stumbled overthis python interface to miniaudio recently. I wonder if it would be possible to create a generator reading from an array that I can dynamically change the content in, which is looped continuously. I guess this example and that one are a place to start, but I have to admit I‘m not fully understanding how to intervene to, for example, replace parts in the numpy array or manipulate the samples outside the process_method of the last example. Is this possible at all, after the generator is started with next()? I read I could instead use the send() call to also be able to define how many samples will be processed with the stream_any function but wasn‘t able to do so. I’d really appreciate if anybody could give me some start-up help… Thanks in advance!

My first project: Raccoon Music Player – Cute raccoons dancing around a campfire while songs are playing → check out the video and unmute the audio → Made with Dear PyGui and PyMiniAudio. Project details are in the comments.
When creating and sharing my app, I feel like I am standing on the shoulders of giants. Raccoon Music Player would not have been possible without the excellent Dear PyGui and PyMiniAudio libraries. The app works so smoothly as both libraries are in essence C/C++ libraries with Python bindings. In addition, these libraries are self-contained without any dependencies, resulting in a lean project and easy installation process. Both libraries are available under the permissive MIT licence. If you are looking for a performant GUI or audio framework, be sure to check them out and star them on GitHub.

I used PyMiniAudio.
- It's there a viable alternative to pyaudio?

An app with hand-picked, searchable and sortable awesome Python libraries (with full code and data)
Your list also seems to be missing audio playback libraries. I would recommend PyMiniAudio.
- Does anyone have any experience with audio programming?

I need a good python game engine.
Years ago I had some success with pyglet. It seems to still be actively developed! I haven't seen anything about swf files though.

Problem with getting any 32-bit RGBA Value Raspberry Pi.
I see to be finding a lot of (old) links saying they have issues with H264 videos from ffmpeg. similar to this: https://github.com/pyglet/pyglet/issues/279 Although most of them seem to stem back to RPi3 or even RPi2.
