Open Source Contributor for Notification Server
Not entirely sure whether you're looking for anything like this, but I'm currently developing a Push Notifications Daemon for Apple devices myself, though I do not recommend its use because I haven't tested it thoroughly yet and there are probably loads of bugs, plus I'm totally blind which makes me rather slow, but I'm actively working on it, and once it's complete you can use it in your project. The README.md file contains instructions on how to create a very small sample project for testing push notifications on iOS devices.
