Hello, every fantastic human! I need some help.
Well I would recommend not using that SDK first use this https://github.com/pspdev/pspsdk as its being actively maintained and updated. PC crashes? Kinda sounds like out of RAM maybe. But look in windows event log to see why it crashed would be my second step.

PSP game development
There's an open-source SDK that you can work with. Technically, it's possible to track down Sony's original SDK software. At the very least, it looks like there's a bunch of documentation in there.

Is there any way to export a godot game to psp
https://github.com/pspdev/pspsdk There is this, which is an open source implementation of the PSP's SDK. Theoretically, you can use this and write a plugin for Godot that would allow PSP exports. Idk how much work that is though. It's probably doable if you are dedicated, but I doubt it's trivial.

[Progress Report] First look at Godot Engine finally running on the PSVita (VERY WIP)
This is a VERY early build of the latest Godot Version 3.3.4. Yes, LATEST. I initially turned a blind eye to this Engine but I randomly felt the need to go back and try to pick up where EIREXE started and fixed everything that was necessary to get the application booted. A few hours of debugging PVR_PSP2 between me and Graphene and there you go. The Godot Pong example running GD-Script on the PSVita! You can keep an eye on development here.
