I'd also recommend Prognoza for a weather app, which is more maintained, compared to Geometric Weather which seems abandoned.

Geometric Weather not working
Probably this one. I have widget problem for quite a while now so when I bought a new phone last month I try debug build. Version show up as the newest one on fdroid so I'm not sure, and haven't update since because fdroid think I have latest version due to that.

I use Forcastie and it provides all the info you listed. I've also see Geometric Weather recommended but I've never used it so I don't know if does everything you need.
