I want to implement McEliece encryption and decryption on client side, but I have no idea how to do it. The documentation given is regarding node.js, is there any way to implement it on plain javascript?
So if you're trying to get it to run in a browser, what's the front-end framework you're using? Angular and React are both supported by npm, so you're using something else? This library looks like the "compiled" output is a single file: https://github.com/cyph/pqcrypto.js/blob/master/packages/mceliece/dist/index.js

Well good thing that some of the cryptographers that created Falcon [0][1] for post-quantum cryptography for digital signatures use cases is considered to be 'standardised' as such.
Looks like Algorand is one of the more serious projects out there with top cryptographers as evidenced by both Algorand and Falcon.
