Best Solution for Pi Endpoint Using Official Display?
I don't think what you want exists in an easy setup. The easiest thing might be to just run a full Raspbian image with the desktop environment, then install headless plexamp and use one of those now playing poster plugins and just leave the browser on that page. https://github.com/petersem/posterr. I think this is the one I used before and it wasn't that bad to setup.

One of these days I might watch a movie.
I installed posterr on my machine. Then installed a browser on the tablet that will allow a full screen. (Full screen browser, if you're on Android) then just loaded up the posterr interface on the tablet. Finally taped that tablet into a picture frame. Turned out pretty well, if you ask me.

The database -> https://github.com/LizardByte/ThemerrDB ... we need contributors to help populate the database. This is as easy as creating an issue in the database repository and including a couple of links.

Automate theme music on Movie’s info page?
Basically, to contribute a theme song, you create an issue on GitHub using the appropriate template. There is one for movies, and one for video games (to support RetroArcher)... Then fill out the required fields. The fields required are the urls to the items in the popular databases, plus the video url of the theme song on YouTube. https://github.com/LizardByte/ThemerrDB/issues
