I download my games from https://nopaystation.com/, you need to install their client + https://github.com/mmozeiko/pkg2zip/releases. After you install the nps client you download the relevent tsv files from nopaystation as well (so everything you want under the PS3 section, games, DLC, Demos, themes and avatars. Not sure what you would do with themes and avatars though).

drag and drop "game.pkg" to pkg2zip.exe, copy and paste "work.bin" to "app/gameid/sce_sys/package".

You can't connect just any controller though, but you can use plugins like https://github.com/TheOfficialFloW/MiniVitaTV to use your ds3 or ds4 controller. Only a few ds clones work, as do 8-bitdo controllers.

Hi I need some help getting my controller to work with the latest release of MiniVitaTV. I'm using a PS4 controller and once I connect it I can't seem to use it on the menus or any games. Should I also use ds4vita or will they conflict?
