Can I integrate window control buttons (min, max, close) into the top panel of gnome 40?
There are plenty of GNOME extensions that can do this. My favorite is Unite, another ones that work in GNOME 40 are Pixel Saver and No Title Bar - Forked

Anyone knows?
Hi, actually, it's your battery icon that refers to the power icon (it's in the battery format because your notebook has one). This triangle is called "dropdown arrow", which is the default for the GNOME interface. I don't like these arrows scattered around my system, so I use this extension to get rid of them.
