  • Raspberry pi alternative?

I have done alot of work with SDR and SIGINT in building SIGpi for both ARM64 and AMD64 targeting sub-150 USD platforms. While RPi4 can be adequate for simple uses, it is better to go with AMD64 platform and 4GB RAM minimum. For example, on RPi4 it takes 20 minutes to generate a FFTW Wisdom file (as used by SDRangel) while on AMD64 it is much quicker.

I'm sure DragonOS is awesome as well as others. But what is the update cycle for SIGINT tools like SDRangel. And when there is a a update, do you have to go with a total new image or can you update just the packages? SIGint either builds or has its own debs of newer versions than that from the repos that some distros just pull from. Check out the release notes and wiki from the site.
