I love my Framework Laptop
The only thing I would love to see is a keyboard mod for something ergonomic. Something like the ThinKeys project, or the pineapple60 project. I'm not sure if I have the time, but maybe I could try my hand at prototyping something, if Framework has the relevant specs open-sourced and documented somewhere?

Working on something new
Here's another one that doesn't need individual row wires: https://github.com/saoto28/pineapple60/blob/main/p4/.

Your next workstation computer should be the W700DS
My dream setup with one of these would be to replace the keyboard and numpad with an ergodox as close to full-size as I could get it, something like this but with the halves angled, and with the thumb keys preserved.

Going low profile: adjustable keyboard with magnets
Here is link number 1 - Previous text "p4"
- Ergonomic Trackpoint keyboard (vol. 6)

What would you use to do QMK like customization to a Linux laptop keyboard?
AFAIK there's no equivalent for the console... but if you have the right Thinkpad you could try building a pineapple60 :)
- An ergonomic keyboard mod for the T470 (not mine!)

Alienware and Cherry MX create a true mechanical keyboard on a gaming laptop
Those new cherry switches would be useful for this project: https://github.com/saoto28/pineapple60

Firefox addons are still unavailable on Android, two years after Fenix release
I feel like if it was that simple, someone would have written instructions somewhere at the time. I remember having to set xpinstall.signatures.required before FF 57. I am not sure about extensions.expirements.enabled.
Unfortunately, I'm now at a point where I can't be bothered constantly fucking around with my setup and have resigned myself to just accepting whatever Mozilla wants to shove down my throat.
From what I can tell, the community has forked pentadactyl[0] and are using it on Palemoon[1]. I'm guessing if it could still run on Firefox today, they would do that instead of using Palemoon (but I could be wrong). Anyway, I still hate that they killed what made Firefox unique. Trying to beat Chrome at it's own game seems like a pointless battle.

The Framework Laptop
https://github.com/pentadactyl/pentadactyl
The development¹ has been continued by the community after Firefox removed support for XUL extensions.
¹Well, tbh basic maintenance is a more accurate term — the updates have been minor, and the patch that enables it in the latest version of Palemoon hasn’t been pushed to the addon store yet, you have to clone from master at the moment.
