Today seven teams from the Polkadot ecosystem announced the formation of the Polkadot Alliance, an on-chain collective that establishes and upholds a set of ethics for the community to follow.
It's similar to the polkadot-js phishing list - I certainly CAN visit these websites or send my DOT to a known scammer, since Polkadot is permissionless. But the Polkadot-JS Extension also can read this list, and if it finds the site that I am visiting is on it, block the site.

How to pay transaction fees using the sufficient asset created by using pallet_assets?
Polkadot-JS UI doesn't support the functionality to pay with a sufficient asset yet. When using Polkadot-JS UI, transaction fee needs to be paid in DOT.

polkadot.js 1010 bad sig error on MOVR
Even though Polkadot-JS App will show an Ethereum-style address, I don't know if it can actually interact with the Moonriver/Moonbeam networks - I'm seeing a few open PRs/issues which make me think it does not work (e.g. https://github.com/polkadot-js/apps/pull/5216)
