Newbie here looking for help on staking in ledger - DOT Stuck bonded?
Side note: It does take time for everything to the validators on Polkadot-JS App to load, but I've never seen an issue on the repo about them _never_ loading.

How to pay transaction fees using the sufficient asset created by using pallet_assets?
Polkadot-JS UI doesn't support the functionality to pay with a sufficient asset yet. When using Polkadot-JS UI, transaction fee needs to be paid in DOT.

Polkadot Digest 22 June 2022
If you are attempting to verify the SHA512 hash of the Electron version of Polkadot-JS, note that the package manager base64-encodes the hash. See this issue for how to convert: https://github.com/polkadot-js/apps/issues/4713

polkadot.js 1010 bad sig error on MOVR
Even though Polkadot-JS App will show an Ethereum-style address, I don't know if it can actually interact with the Moonriver/Moonbeam networks - I'm seeing a few open PRs/issues which make me think it does not work (e.g. https://github.com/polkadot-js/apps/pull/5216)

XDC
Hey - there's been display issues with MEW and MyCrypto but you should be able to see your XDC by connecting your Ledger to https://taho.xyz/ on Chrome or Brave
-
Sent Eth2 to wrong Ledger account
With the ETH Recovery app open on your physical Ledger device, you'll connect to a Ledger-compatible wallet that lets you create custom derivation paths, such as Taho (formerly known as TallyHo) and then you can manually enter the derivation path used - and access your funds again.
-
Ledger not connecting to Metamask
In the case this doesn't resolve the error for you - you can always connect your Ledger to another compatible 3rd party wallet, such as Rabby or Taho and execute your transactions from there for the time being.
-
which wallet do you use any why?
https://taho.xyz/ (ex Tally) is a community owned MetaMask alternative.
-
Firmware Outdated & Key Phrase Lost, Locked Out
Have you tried any deprecated MyEtherWallet versions or perhaps MyCrypto - or any other Ethereum wallets that can have Ledgers connect via hardware wallet? Taho (formerly TallyHo) might be a decent option worth trying as well?
- Everyone here (including me) is very bullish on Ethereum's future. But, playing devil's advocate, is there a chance that Ethereum could fail and why (not)?
