(Auto-)Updating modules on V10, while V11 is already out.
For example you could grab the link of system.json for version 4.12.9 if you were only on 4.10.4 and install it by pasting it into the manifest URL field and pressing install. https://github.com/foundryvtt/pf2e/releases

Is using Foundry VTT with it?
With buffs and debuffs, you should be able to drag conditions straight from the ability description in the chat onto the token - there's options in the settings to have them automatically expire and remove themselves or not. For manually adjusting bonuses to rolls I'm pretty sure it's shift + click on the roll (or there's a setting to make it the reverse). It's worth going through the system guide to see how stuff like those work and how to turn them off if you don't want them.

Working on pf2e support for our VTT. We'd love to hear what you want out of a VTT!
If you want to add automation to homebrew traits or new descriptions you'll need to do a bit more than just using the homebrew menu. You can make a module that registers the traits and their descriptions quite easily. It's also the better way if you want to actually organize your homebrew content anyways since you can move it from game to game easily, share it with others, or even get it listed as a module by Foundry. Automation for those homebrew traits is possible, you can look at the Hopefinder module for an example of new traits that also get automated, in that case it was doable because characters in Hopefinder use a "Survivor" class which could contain all the rule elements, but for more advanced automation modules can modify the character data prep though that would be actual coding and not just some rule elements.

Traveller NPC Generator
As a fellow developer, I'm wondering if it would it be possible to have an api-access to these features (for example a REST api)? I'm helping out developing https://github.com/xdy/twodsix-foundryvtt and it would be really cool to create characters random NPCs usomg your amazing tool automatically. I could help out develop those features if you want :)

What you you want in website to help run games?
I personally use and help developing the foundryVTT traveller system (https://github.com/xdy/twodsix-foundryvtt) which I think is great. My wish would be that for the features you develop you could also provide api access (with proper CORS, so that one doesn't run into cross-site scripting issues). That way one could use your features from for example foundry or any other system.

Traveller on Foundry?
Twodsix is by default set up for Cepheus Engine, an OGL clone of MGT1, but also includes support for several other similar games, like Cepheus Light, Cepheus Faster Than Light, and you can even configure it to work well for at least the current version of Traveller, i.e. MGT2. See the following link for documentation: https://github.com/xdy/twodsix-foundryvtt/blob/master/docs/docs.md
