I do! Clojure and Pedestal https://github.com/pedestal/pedestal work great for quick MVPs. Clojurescript with a nice HMR environment like Figwheel https://figwheel.org/ is also great if you need a front end.

Pedestal libs for Data APIs.
This depends on what you specifically need the auth portion for—it isn't a single thing with a single purpose, it all depends. I needed to make a SAML service that does authn/authz via SAML identity providers so I wrote a small Pedestal library to do this (README). Currently, it is still bundled with the application I wrote it for, but I will put it in a separate library later this year once the other project has gone live.
