Which distro for a macos feel besides elementaryos?
The generic Gnome desktop, like Fedora ships with, is probably the closest outside of Elementary's Pantheon desktop. You could also try out Pear OS.

MacOS like distro
There's this project which is intended as a Mac Clone, never used it and only know it by name. So I don't know if it's bad or if it will end up exterminating mankind... I just know it's a thing.
