Lock screen woes
The betterlockscreen package (https://github.com/pavanjadhaw/betterlockscreen) has stopped working for me all of a sudden.. I'm not sure why. I've switched to slock following the instructions on the arch wiki but I've noticed if i suspend my computer with music or audio playing, when i wake it the music restarts even before I've unlocked it. Does anyone know how to fix that?

White flash when calling betterlockscreen, any ideas why?
FIXED by following this https://github.com/pavanjadhaw/betterlockscreen/pull/187 Turns out betterlockscreen is literally just a bash script, and easy to make changes to. Just needed to change the call to i3lock. Thanks anyway!

AFAIK, conky manager is unmaintained, although there is a fork you can try to build yourself.

The fork of conky manager which is conky-manager2 is maintained and works with the newer conky syntax based on Lua. https://github.com/zcot/conky-manager2 Do a web search and you can find a PPA that has it.

Installed Fedora and after a week of fighting with it I got everything working, including Conky in Wayland
So what I did to get it working is installed conky from the repo/discovery store. I then manually installed conky-manager2 which you can get here: https://github.com/zcot/conky-manager2
