i was taking a look at the back end of the website https://syntec.net/ and seen that are part of it is coded by "https://github.com/syntaqx/pass-meter" and is very weird that his name is " syntaqx" sounds a lot like syntec, also if you look at this guys profile and stats he is a "HACKER" https://github.com/syntaqx

Should I use useMemo,useState or a simple const?
I'm working in a changePassword screen and I have to validate the strenght of the password entered by the user, im using a library that basically gives me a function wich i can call with three params.
