best way to run minecraft bedrock (on arch)
Use MCPE Launcher. It downloads the Android version of minecraft and replaces native android libraries with corresponding desktop linux libraries. You need to own it on the play store, though and it crashes pretty often. The AUR version if outdated, use the appimage instead https://github.com/ChristopherHX/linux-packaging-scripts/releases

How to get Minecraft on Steam Deck?
For Java, I would say Prism Launcher (in Discover app store), for Bedrock, your best bet is the Android version with this Appimage (you'll need to own the Android version and sign in with your Google account, just make sure to select the x86_64 version).

This is the one, it's no longer supported. It works up to the last 1.18. You have to own bedrock on the android playstore, as it uses that version.

This works freaking great, but like we both said, it's not the latest version so online functionality is non-existent.
