papirus-folders VS Yaru-Colors

Use Papirus icons. Then you can use papirus folders. Papirus-folders is a bash script that allows changing the color of folders in Papirus icon theme and its forks. There are other icon themes which allow folder colour switches. Also there is no need for an extension, says the vanilla Gnome user 😉

Icons are Papirus icons and just using Papirus-Folders to change the folder icons to match the theme.

Now the only steps left to do if you want to get the full Pop!_OS experience with Papirus Icons are (these are all on their github, just make sure to also get papirus-foldrers and check out the Manual Fixes section):

I would like to change some of Pop_Os's accent colors. I've successfully changed the majority of them with the help of [Yaru color] (https://github.com/Jannomag/Yaru-Colors) but as the screen shot shows, I can't seem to change some of them.

I personally do not like the default Yaru accent color that you get via the repos, so I just manually install the color I want from Yaru colors to /usr/share/themes.

Wow, so they've basically implemented yaru colors right into vanilla Ubuntu. That's awesome.

It's Yaru Colors 21.04 Dark Teal variant (It hasn't been updated yet to GNOME 40, so the shell theme is kind of broken right now, but the GTK theme is still working fine).
