Misconceptions about Esperanto
That's why me and others have built an evenly global language called Pandunia that brings together international words from all continents and all major cultures (Greco-Latin, Perso-Arabic, Sanskritic and Sinitic) but it is a young language and it has only a couple of dozen speakers so far.

Starting new ConIAL project and need to think differently
I'm the creator of Pandunia. Probably Pandunia is not on the cutting edge of technology but we have found a way of developing it comfortably. The contents of the website are stored in the Github repository (for over five years already), there is the Github.io site in addition to the official website, which is generated by MkDocs, a program that converts Markdown files to static HTML files. I know that the website does not look especially attractive but it is functional and it wouldn't be hard to configure it to look better.
