I think your only option will be to stay on 14.3 or update to latest ios 16.4.1. Since the iPhone X has an A11 processor it should be vulnerable to palra1n: https://github.com/palera1n/palera1n

Be aware user applications are still sandboxed, meaning Substitute can’t inject into apps like Discord/Whatsapp/YouTube. You’d need something like permasigner to give your ipa’s unsandbox entitlements here, then move it to /Applications, so tweaks can actually be injected without any issues.

Your internet is blocking it, you'll have to use something like Permasigner. You can use something like PermasigneriOS but I personally don't recommend it.
