yeah, there was a bug until recently that was hiding more countries than intended. see https://github.com/ppy/osu-web/pull/9660
- Laos actually dissappeared from the ranking menu and can only be accessed by editing the link
- osu!web now shows nominators on beatmap info page, has new notification header design, and more!

However, in this case, there is a solution. If you code the feature yourself and contribute it on the GitHub, there's a chance it will get added.
- Yesterday my country ranking was 1329 and today morning when i check it had dropped to 14,676 suddenly . Any idea why ?

Lot of questions about creating my own private server
Open source tools like AoWoW are what many sites use to host local item databases. There might be similar open source projects to provide an online armory, but I'm not familiar with any.
