BanchoBot has been restricted ?
I can't tell you reasoning behind why it was hidden, but the commit basically reworked the way finding profile page of a user was being done. The reason is the difference between this old line of code and this corresponding new line of code. As you can see, someone added the part where it was checked whether the user is a bot or not, thus making all bots' profile pages hidden/unreachable. I don't really know php, I just assumed the syntax is very similar to java, since the semantics are basically the same.
not restricted, the account is simply hidden (because it's a bot account) due to a recent osu-web commit
