Do any mods fix the Waterfront Gate connected to nowhere?
Here's a tool to convert BSAs to something ps3s can read. INSTALLEDDLC only exist if you have SI or a GoTY, you can make your own but you're better off with a GoTY so you can work with SI assets. Won't work as DLC, thing's just as weird as it is on PC.
