In state.go it maps the buttons and axes to logical names. Would be nice if this was done in a generic way to handle other controller types like in SDL. I believe Ebiten has its own implementation of the SDL mapping.

It appears to just be a light wrapper around https://github.com/0xcafed00d/joystick - does it offer anything that the initial library doesn't?
