How to make an Advanced Exploit API?
you can use existing API's.. but good luck with hiding the fact that it's a free API. If you were going to do that, (and don't hate on me everyone for this) Axon would be the safest bet because it is open source. https://github.com/rakion99/Axon

DLL/API for my executor
There's quite a few. One of the best ones is definitely EasyExploits API, with the downside it's not that strong and opens their website on injection, but it's fairly easy to use if you're a beginner. If you have some C/C++ experience you can try looking at Axon or search the internet (and this subreddit in particular) for some open source DLL's.
