Are there any cross-platform GUI libraries out there?
If you have no aversions to using hardware acceleration and don't mind if the UI isn't native, you could use Dear ImGui. It makes creating a GUI easy and allows you to develop your application rapidly. It also has back-ends for all of the platforms that you mentioned.
