The Media Extended plugin appears to do what you’re looking for. There are almost 900 Obsidian plugins (and over 100 themes) available now, and you don’t have to know anything about coding to use 99% of them. The plugin devs write code so you don’t have to. ;-)

I would suggest looking into the Media Extended plugin. You can get timestamps from videos, take notes and stay within Obsidian. Here's a quick demo.
