❌ WYSIWYG, but planned in short-term, partially supported by plugins. Although, Obsidian uses markdown, so I find it super easy to work without WYSIWYG! But if it's a thing, you may wait a bit with migration

Would this plugin fit your needs related to dashboard? Also, this is what I got using custom CSS (note that currently it applies this style for every table in Obsidian). If creating table in markdown is a problem for you, like for me, Advanced Tables comes handy.
