Blamer.el 0.4 has been released. Added popup git blame messages with border and rounded corners
Both themes are custom, but the dark theme is very similar to the doom-moonlight theme (I ported it from vscode tokio one night). I haven't published these themes, but you can clone them from my dotfiles (tokio-night and pinky-winky)
