Question about LuaSnip Custom Snippets in NVChad
This is the way I have set it up as well, mostly because I made them before i was using LuaSnip and I'm too lazy to convert them all to lua.

lsp-saga alternatives
hover, rename, code actions are all built into neovim. I liked lspsaga's rename popup, so i tried to recreate it from scratch. For code actions. im using telescope.

auto import code actions have stopped working
Have you tried nvim-lsputils? It's got some extra utilities that does provide better code actions from the LSP server, although I've only tried this in a JS/TS project and have the ability to auto-import via code actions.

decided i would drop this little plugin i wrote yesterday. much of the code is adapted from https://github.com/RishabhRD/nvim-lsputils, but using https://github.com/liuchengxu/vim-clap as the popup/preview and fuzzy finding ui.
