Keyboard Builders' Digest / Issue 19
The Nils Olav, named after a famous Scotch penguin, is an easy to build ortho keyboard by u/twigulus with lefty numpad (source).

Designed this quite unusual simple-to-build ortho with a lefty numpad (and a little penguin on it). Really pleased with it!
A github repo with design files, firmware and a build guide is here: https://github.com/ajharvie/nilsolav (yes it's named after a penguin)

Designed a super easy to build but quite unusual ortho keyboard with lefty numpad. Really pleased with how it turned out! [keyboard science]
There's a github repo here if anyone wants to build one themselves!

FiFi case
It sounds like you're set on 3D printing it, but if not, I recently ordered acrylic for this case in black and steel and it turned out really nice. Just be sure to triple check that you have all of the layers ordered - i missed two and had to put a second order in which isn't fun with like $20ish for shipping each time!

Split ergo boards can be pretty, too!
The case is an open Source stacked acrylic case for the Fifi: https://github.com/brickbots/FiFi_Case
