nextjs-multiple-domains VS next.js

getServerSideProps with stale-while-revalidate header that I found here. I think this approach won't let me use nextjs caching ( I really want to use "Incremental Static Regeneration") as it uses getServerSideProps. On the other hand, It's pretty using to control content for each incoming request from backend & I don't need to touch frontend when I need a new website (if it was CRA, it'd be a piece of cake, but I need SSR)

While it's technically possible to do things like compile React entirely out of an exported NextJS site, it's far from trivial and doesn't fit most usage very well. It's certainly a harder mental model at the very least.
