Shadcn UI is not actually a component library or UI framework. Instead, according to the documentation, it is “a collection of reusable components that we can copy and paste into our apps.” This reusable component collection was created by Shadcn, who has also created great open source projects like Taxonomy, Next.js for Drupal, and Reflexjs.

Hi! I think next-drupal (https://next-drupal.org/) at the moment looks like the most promising unifying way of getting a headless drupal site up in a short time.

You should have a look at https://next-drupal.org/ - good starting point for going headless. Related to drupal core you'll also find some initiatives for decoupling "stuff" ;), e.g. https://www.drupal.org/project/decoupled\_menus\_initiative

if you have a solid understanding of site building, the last aspect i would focus on is your deployment/devops workflow. This is a large part of drupal projects which often involves pipelines & automated testing. There are varying opinions of the best approach here, but for me, i always use an existing framework to assist - ex: https://github.com/acquia/blt.
