I haven’t got much experience with headless Drupal and I think that a lot of what makes Drupal powerful can be lost in the way. That said, I’ve heard about the next-drupal project recently (It was during the Drupal 10 release party I think) and found it promising, you might be interested in checking this stack if you’re interested in Next.js.
There is some configuration involved in setting this up, so lately at my company we have spent some time to create a one-command setup template, you can try it at https://github.com/wunderio/next4drupal-project/ . Have a look :)
