Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

I didn't test it yet, but it's possible that it can work. You install Toltec (packet manager), and than you can download https://github.com/alex0809/netsurf-reMarkable

FWIW here is a 1-liner I used for H in *.highlights; do cat $(echo $H | sed "s/highlights/metadata/" ) | grep visibleName; cat $H/*json | grep 't":' | grep -v '"height"'; done to get native highlights to my wiki https://fabien.benetou.fr/PIMVRdata/RecentHighlights and there are other tools e.g https://github.com/sabidib/remarking to capture more and integration better, including to tools like Mendeley or ReadWise https://github.com/zachwick/rextract
