vim-doge v4: The Rust Rewrite
For any Neovim users, I highly recommend danymat/neogen. It's fast, works with Neovim's treesitter integration, and is written with Lua so scripting and extending it is pretty easy. Python support in particular is great.

Code documentation plugin?
Neogen might be what you want. But also note that some language servers help via auto completion when you start writing a doc comment, e.g. Scala metals will insert the function parameters in to the comment for you

How can I configure Comment.nvim to comment and uncomment lines with "CTRL+/" as well as "ALT+SHIFT+A"?
i don't use comment.nvim but i use nerdcommenter i suppose you could configure comment.nvim this way by modifying my lua script
- I'm a Vim noob and I just discovered nerdcommenter, a plugin that can automatically comment and uncomment with the proper character for any given language with a few keybindings. Editing config files just became fun!
