NEO team sentiment looks BULLISH. I'm also a C# developer and have been viewing their code changes - I haven't seen many projects where they've been busting out the enhancements like NEO's team. NEO 3.0 is really close now... By far the most undervalued if you're judging off of tech and not hype.

Legacy NEO, 0 GAS
Neon wallet has evolved a lot, so the first thing is to upgrade to the newest version: https://neonwallet.com/ (Not that I'd expect any issues, but make sure you have your seed/keys backed up ahead of time just in case.)

You can use any of the major Neo wallets to interface with your assets, but I'd recommend Neon if you're new to the ecosystem since it's full-featured and pretty intuitive.

Is it still possible to migrate legacy neo into N3 with wallets like Neo line Neon etc ? When will Neo Legacy stop working? What will happen with the left legacy neo?
Your 1 NEO seems to be sitting there quite nicely at your address, so you may be having display issues on the Neon side. You're definitely using the newest release? Should be 2.12.9 I think: https://github.com/CityOfZion/neon-wallet/releases
