The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.

Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.

The same approach as my Python solution — for each row, it tracks the left-most and right-most seen point for each sensor. Then it searches if there has been a gap between two sensors.
