Not sure about points 1 and 3, but for 2, you could use something like Coffee, which allows you to add a quick settings toggle that can keep the display on until you toggle it again.

Acode is an Android Code Editor. It has autocomplete and syntax highlighting for HTML, CSS and JS that works surprisingly well. Also, it allows to run HTML files within a tap and this makes it way easier to preview recent changes.

Tem um amigo que ficou por quase 4 anos programando pelo o celular, agora ele tem um pc. Um editor que ele usava nesses tempos era o acode( https://acode.foxdebug.com/ ), usei e é bom pra quem tá aprendendo html, css e js.
I am learning web development, this is my first work only using html/css and I don't know why this is happening. I am learning by myself and I feel like I'm stuck at this part forever.
