Anyone knows how to fix Tmux colors messing up?
You could try changing the theme, there's a few different options out there to handle that, this is a pretty good one on GitHub, some prepackaged scripts in a repository that will change the colors so don't have to do the "dirty work", and you have some choices. Even if you want to just check it out and build/reverse engine it yourself. Check it out.
