is there a windows build of mpv with frei0r fillter support compiled?
I don't know how easy it is to build frei0r for Windows myself (I noticed MAB disables the Cairo support), but you seem to have experience with it so you could add a CMake file to shinchiro's stuff to build it with mpv. The advantage to that is you can fork https://github.com/zhongfly/mpv-winbuild and point it to your mpv-winbuild-cmake repo to have GitHub build it automatically with their Actions

Just noticed the latest git versions of mpv are bugged and DV playback is broken, the latest working git version is this from 03.28
