Quick overview of current HP, AC, saves, (athletics, acrobatics) for shared display
Monk's Token Bar maybe? It shows simple stats (AC, passive perception) for tokens on the current scene in a drag-anywhere menu and lets you stop token movement. There's options under token management to either include or exclude tokens from the bar too. By default, I think it's only tokens classified as "Friendly."

Module or means to make scene blank for players?
2b/ Monk's Token Bar has an ability to restrict tokens to "combat movement", where movement is only allowed during that character's turn in a formal Encounter.

Have you checked the documentation for dice so nice? Havent really played around with it myself, but as I understand it, the game.dice3d.showForRoll method is probably what you are looking for.

Dice So Nice! - Makes rolling spawn 3D dice on the screen. Lots of customization, though not necessary to make it work well. If there are performance issues, I found turning off shadows helped.
