4 the module monks active tiles can do that and a lot more.

Linking to Drive
There is currently a bug regarding this, so you may have to wait for the next release of the module, but it seems to already be fixed.

Sell me on landing pages. Do players actually use them?
It's very immersing, since it feels like you are one of the adenturers in it's later years reliving everything, that has happened to the group, with mementos (even with some easter eggs place with all over the page with Monk's Active Tile Triggers), but still has some valuable usage in the game session itself.

[Monk's Active Tile Triggers] - Play a sound when mouse hovers over a tile?
Hi, I've made (with the help of several articles and youtube videos) a fairly simple landing page for my game. https://imgur.com/kHoui1C It uses Monk's Active Tile Triggers to open various things depending of what section is clicked (The map opens a larger map, the character portraits open the actors etc). I can add a 'play sound' action to the tiles so that when they are clicked a sound will play. Is there a way to play a sound when the mouse hovers over the tile?

D&D party is headed to Pandemonium in our next arc. Any ideas on how to handle the 3D combat?
Monk's Active Tiles. Among many other things it lets you adjust player elevation similar to the Levels module. This is more useful if you won't be layering maps and just want the 2D landscape to have 3D elements (eg. top of a tower or a ledge, bottom of a crevice).

Any tips for making a Landing page?
I'd highly recommend checking out Monk's Active Tiles, alternatively people have used Trigger Happy. What either of these modules achieve is an alternative way to create & store macros of some sort. I personally use Monk's due to its highly intuitive UI/Nomenclature.

Is there a way that if I hover over a tile it will display a name like with a token?
I believe trigger happy & using a transparent image for the token will do what you want

Is there a module or setting to have players interact with a journal only within the player token's reach?
I think you'll be able to do this easily with the Trigger Happy module by using the 'move' Trigger (under Advanced Options) and changing the invisible token size to represent the reach you want.

Trigger Happy - Unknown Tag "Trigger"
Please go through docs again. Also I think that the Journals with defined triggers should be directly under Trigger Happy folder but I'm not sure.

Module request: Trap activated for D&D
Yeah, Trigger Happy + Chat Images should work pretty well together.

Limited permission Map Notes that are clickable by players?
I think you can do this with the Trigget Happy module. There guide on Github explains it better than I could. link
