Recently, I listened to a new GoTime episode about code-generation and found a super cool library called github.com/dave/jennifer. And I just finished migrating Mockc, a completely type-safe compile-time mock generator, to use jeniffer instead of text/template.

Depending how robust their check in is, you could intercept and emulate the reply with something like hoverfly too.
