funny short story: i didn't like Microsoft Edge interface for the screenshot so i googled "minimal browser" and then i found Min, and it's actually pretty nice!

Theme or .css setting to change tab 'buttons' into tabs or change background 'tab' color?
When you are able to make Firefox load your userChrome.css file, then you could try some style like this one to get tabs that look more like those in Firefox 57-87.

How to make those three icons also the part of any theme, I'm new to Firefox I don't know much about it but in every theme those three icons shows up like that and doesn't even change the icons shape it self, always the same, what should I do to change that?
You can make Firefox use "normal" window-control buttons by using something like this style - but if you are new to custom CSS then please check our wiki page on how to set things up

How to remove tab separator next to new tab button?
I can't help you solve the issue with your CSS right now, but you might try this other style and see if it has such separator on newtab button

My Fedora 36 setup
Mozilla made a recent change thay makes Firefox draw its own titlebar buttons when you have the theme set to anything other the default system. You can add them back with withhttps://github.com/MrOtherGuy/firefox-csshacks/blob/master/chrome/window_control_force_linux_system_style.css

toolbar, 3dot button and New tab button in the top of page. tabs menu where in the bottom of the Firefox page with 2-3 rows.
By "tab menu" do you just mean the tabs toolbar? In that case you should use this style instead
