I have a ~2gb file I need regularly sent to ~300 *Nix servers. What's the best way to do this?
You can use a private torrent tracker like this: https://github.com/leighmacdonald/mika. Set every server to connect to this tracker. When you're ready to publish, log into each server and add a torrent task with the latest file info.

Will Anthelion or GPW ever share their Gazelle forks?
The only Gazelle fork that's still being publicly developed right now is made by Orpheus. Last release of Empornium's Luminance was made 3 years ago (October 2018) and Oppaitime's Gazelle fork was last updated in January 2020 (linking to a GitHub mirror because the official Git repo has an expired SSL certificate).

If you lack the skills or time to code a few pages of PHP, the path of least resistance is the actively maintained fork of Gazelle https://github.com/Empornium/Luminance

Running my own public torrent tracker
luminance is what I would have used if you'd asked me a year or two ago but development there seems to have stalled too, which is a shame. bringing everything up to standards (php8.0 on the horizon) would be a big undertaking.
